subscribe button not working

    I installed this plugin and added it to the website via widget, but when I click submit, this page will refresh without showing any results。

    what’s the problem?

    Strange!

    Are you using the MailChimp for Widget, or a HTML widget with the shortcode? Or another technique?

    Can you set it to “log everything” on MailChimp for WP > Other and see if anything at all shows up in the log?

    It looks like the plugin is not picking up the form submission at all, even though the data is correctly posted…

    Do you have any security plugins on your site?

    I use the text widget and enter a shortcode.

    my site do not install any security plugins.

    This is the log

    But why does it refresh the page after submission, I checked some demos of this plugin, after the user submits it should show “Thank you, your sign-up request was successful! Please check your email inbox to confirm.”

    Hey @tonyzyc,

    The free version of our plugin does not have AJAX support so the page needs to refresh to process the form. The AJAX form processing is only available in our premium version.
