unable to insert the custom taxonomy

    Hi i have bought the premium version of the plugin but i still am unable to add the filters. the options for custom taxonomy i am unable to show. could you please guide how can i do it

    have you added this to the widget area? if so make sure it’s in the correct sidebar area, and that the correct filter is selected in single filter or group filter.
