[NSFW] Unable to change the wordpress URL

    Hi.
    I spoke with synology support regarding thet i am unable to change the site address and site URL in my WordPress. At the moment it is an ip adress otherewise i can not access the site and since it is an ip adress i can only open the website locally, i would like to open this from anywhere, both at home and abroad

    This is what Synology support replies
    “If you have difficulty updating these links with the correct address, or are unable to, please contact WordPress support for assistance with this, as we only provide basic troubleshooting for this application as it is not developed by us.”

    Anyone having a solution

    Maybe if you can tell us exactly what action you took and what “difficulty” you have, we might be able to help you move forward.

    Other than that, the best I can do is direct you to the documentation page on how to change your WordPress site address.
