We have a large WooCommerce site with 300k of product and 200k of images, and are wanting to use your pro version to clean up images.

We’re also using wpsolr plugin (https://www.wpsolr.com/) for indexing and displaying product data.

When we run the media scan we’re getting ‘a broken reply from the server’ error.

    See https://pastebin.com/MWdp1NL9

It seems that wpsolr is affecting the search by your plugin, but I can’t seem to figure out if/how to prevent that short of disabling wpsolr, which won’t be a viable option once the site is live and we want to keep media clean.

Any feedback/suggestions you might have would be much appreciated.

    Hi @faststores,

Is what you have in your screenshot of the content of your server’s reply? If yes, that’s a major bug from the wpsolr plugin. It definitely shouldn’t output anything when the query is not related to it.

You could simply telling them, I am pretty sure they will fix it 🙂 Have you asked them?
