Can you send the URL of the page you are looking at so I can confirm it’s the correct report.
And am I right in understanding that you want to remove the bullet points and replace with the modern ‘dot’ design from this report?
Here’s the report page url:
https://hmancuso.com/wp-admin/options.php?page=ek-user-attempt&attemptID=3.
The modern works beautifully. The radio button appears under the text in the quiz report. Perhaps you can place the radio button under the dot image, so it will hide it. This way the report would bring a single visual reference (not dots and radio buttons.)
By the way, in the same report I’m getting the message below when a participant has answered no questions and submitted the quiz.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home3/hmancuso/public_html/wp-content/plugins/quiz-tool-lite/question-types/singleResponse/singleResponse.php on line 82

Great – thank you. I will fix that as well.
Fixed this CSS issues and the errors should no longer be present – in the next release.
