I’m trying to connect my facebook page with my e-shop, but only 18 of the 32 products appear on Fecebook page’s shop section. Why is this happening??

  • Hey @christina77,

    Thanks for reaching out!

As a first step, could you please confirm whether any of the missing products are:

    • Virtual products, which are not permitted in Facebook shops per their commerce policy.
    • Out of stock in WooCommerce

Additionally, do any of these products belong to a category or tag that is setup to be excluded from the Facebook sync in your Facebook for WooCommerce settings?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Cheers!

    Hello!
Thank you for the answer. My missing products are neither virtual nor out of stock. Additionally, they don’t belong to a category or tag that is setup to be excluded from the Facebook sync in your Facebook for WooCommerce settings. For instance, some lipsticks appear on Facebook page, while some others don’t, although they are in the same category and tags.

    I’m waitingfor your answer

    Hey @christina77,

    Thanks for following up!

Next, could you please go to your Facebook catalog and confirm whether the missing products appear there? If so, could you select the missing products and check the “product visibility” field to see what it says?

    Thanks!

    Hi @skyverge
No the missing products aren’t on Fcebook catalogue. The ovly products that appear there are the 18 I mentioned before

    Hey @christina77,

Thanks for checking on that for me! I wanted to determine if the problem was with syncing from WooCommerce to Facebook (which appears to be the case!) or with the products in the Facebook catalog appearing in your Page shop.

I’m not sure if this applies to your situation exactly, but we just released a new version of Facebook for WooCommerce that fixed a bug that caused products to disappear from the Facebook catalog. Would you please try upgrading to the newest version and then waiting about an hour to see if the automated sync process is then able to pull in all the products?

If that doesn’t resolve things, please let me know and we’ll keep digging!

    Thank you,
    Lindsey

I’ve just upgraded the plugin to 1.11.3 version, deleted and re-established the connection between my site and facebook but nothing happened. The plugin “says” that 32 products were uploaded, but there are only 18 on my Facebook shop catalogue

    Hey @christina77,

Thanks so much for checking on that!

At this point, I think I’ll need to take a closer look at your site and your Facebook page so I can see what might be causing these products to fail to sync. Could you please contact us directly so we can exchange credentials securely? I’ll keep an eye out for your message, but you can also ask for me (Lindsey) directly to ensure your conversation ends up with me!

    Cheers!

    Of course!
I visited all my products in woocommerce-products section one by one and I ticked “Include in Facebook sync” box on everyproduct and product swatch!
Let me know if you want me to provide ane photos

    Hey @christina77,

Got it! Thanks for sharing that info, I really appreciate it!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything else.
