Blacklisting is typically done by special services, which your server subscribes to. Someone may be using your form to send spam. Are you using reCAPTCHA or Honeypot to protect the form?

Hi Gal Baras (@galbaras), I decided to stay with the existing reCAPTCHA after viewing https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-honeypot/. I concern about Their update and support time.
@cfm168 I suggest you use both.
I’ve been using the Honeypot plugin for a long time on many sites and I know for a fact that it’s helped me stop bot spam, while having no problems. It’s stable enough not to require updates, other than core compatibility releases.
It simply saves you having to implement a honeypot field and validation on your own, which I recently did on a custom form, and the plugin does better.

@galbaras, Thanks a lot for the information. I will give it a try.
