Error – Unable to locate WordPress Root directory

    Hi when i try to update to version 2.8.6 i get this error Unable to locate WordPress Root directory.

    and when i try to instal a theme i get this error, Unable to locate WordPress Content directory (wp-content).
    , Does anybody know how i can fix these errors ? and i defiantly have these folders in my webserver, (byethost.com).
