[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Support for swedish?

Your plugin homepage says that the plugin is translated to swedish. But I notice that the specific lang-sv-SE file is missing. I get a lot of related posts, that are not related at all. Would you consider adding a lang-sv-SE file? Thanks!
