Hyperlink in text edit keeps getting edited by elementor

Hello,

Great plugin. One problem seems to keep recurring for me. I placed a phone number hyperlink on my site using the text edit module. It works for a day and then for some reason the phone number link gets edited and disappears. Please advise. I am using the free version of your plugin.
