Rearrange size attribute from smallest to largest for 50+ products

I have more than 50 products on my site so you can imagine the number of size attributes i must be having. Isn’t there a way to rearrange the size attributes from smallest to the largest size for each product without having to manually rearrange each size from the attributes tab ?
