NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

This theme is very difficult to use, full of EMPTY Elements, Promoises and its Customer Support is ABSOLUTELY ABSENT!
Every link goes to a “404 Error” code – even their SUPPORT button! lol
When I had to write to them from within my private e-mail account it took them almost a full week to reply! I must have sent three e-mails!
1. Requesting the User Manuel – as Outlined in their bio!
2. Requesting assistance!
3. Wondering where the heck the Animation & One Pull Color scheme Settings wheel was? as Outlined in the DEMO – shows it in the Live Site – ‘Pull Me.’

I was finally contacted after about a full week, and was told that if I wasnt signed in I would get 404 Error codes. However I WAS SIGNED IN!

Then they wanted to know what the Ticket# was?? In order to help me…I NEVER got a ticket #??? Why should that matter? READ THE E-MAIL!! All Stall & delay tactics.

WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY PROMISED!?
I ASKED FOR A REFUND! NO REPLY.
I THREATENED TO DISPUTE ON MY CC & LEAVE THIS REVIEW AND STILL NOTHING!

THEIR WEBSITE IS PRIMITIVE & MOST DEFINITELY MADE IN JAPAN.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR time WITH THESE PEOPLE…THEY DONT CARE!
THEIR THEME IS A HOAX & THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE.
