    Hello,

    I want to make sure that my domain email is used as the sender.. I have updated it to the correct one in the ‘sender email’ field.. but when I test the email it still shows as the wrong email.. and I don’t know how to reconfigure this.. I even changed the administration email of my wordpress to see if that would maybe make a difference but it didn’t. any ideas?

    Hi, it could be:

    1. the provider is forcing the sender
    2. or it is the mail service you use
    3. you have an SMTP plugin or like which is changing the sender address/name
