Table of Contents Not Working

Hi Support Team,

I have installed & activated the Easy Table Of Contents plugin on my WordPress blog and all of its blog posts.

On the right sidebar of this post https://budgetreviews.net/best-tool-bags-for-plumbers/ Under the table of contents, I have used the exact table of contents urls & permalinks but still when I click the links/texts such as
List of Tool Bags
High-Rated Tool Bag by Dewalt
15-Inch Collapsible Tote Tool Bag
Plumbers Tool Bag Buying Guide

It does not take me to the destination. I have checked the urls serveral times and all the permalinks/urls are correct but still it does not work.

I have used custom html widget and used html to add the table of contents permalinks. You can see that the urls/permalinks are exact but still it is not working.

Kindly help me in this and I’ll be very much thankful.
