Hi, SLB’s files are loading using built-in WordPress functionality, so contacting your CDN provider for guidance on modifying this behavior would probably be your best option.
For example, some CDNs provide a WordPress plugin that updates asset URLs (script, styles, images, etc.) on the fly to those load files from the CDN.
This is the response I received from my caching/CDN enablement plugin support. I use WP Rocket.
That’s happening because those CSS files are being loaded using jQuery once the page has been loaded. WP Rocket cannot rewrite such requests.
This behavior only occurs with Simple Lightbox. I have other plugins, whose CSS and JS assets are being correctly served by WP Rocket through my CDN. WP Rocket is not configured to exclude any files from the CDN or cache.
Thank you for the additional details. I will need to look into how WP Rocket handles rewriting asset URLs.
WP Rocket’s developers have been contacted, however, note that as a paid plugin, access to the plugin for further investigation is not guaranteed.

Understood. Thanks for all your assistance. Greatly appreciated!
Unfortunately, WP Rocket’s developers did not respond to any requests, so this cannot be investigated any further from SLB’s end.
This likely means that the answer provided by to you by WP Rocket’s developer is the final word on this, unless we are able to investigate WP Rocket’s behavior at some point in the future.
