Mobile site scroll isue

Hello,

I am new to wordpress sites and have just started to get the hang of it.

That being said, my issue is that on mobile when I scroll down and lift my finger from the page and then want to scroll back up, i tap once,it does not work on the first attempt, and then only on the second tap it goes up.

I updated everything in the dashboard..so that is not the problem.
