Ajax features does not work in WP 2.8.6

    Hello!

    After upgrade to WP 2.8.6 Some ajax features in control panel does not work. Exemple:

    If I add a category in categories menu, the new category does not update in right menu. To see whats going on I have to reload the browser.

    Any Idea to solve this?

    Re-upload all of your 2.8.6 files. A lot of these ‘I upgraded and now its broken’ problems seem to be the result of incomplete file transfers or missing files. If you didn’t upgrade manually, you may want to consider doing that. You may also try disabling your plugins then re-enabling them.

    I found the problem: it was the functions.php file of the theme that was developing.
    There were 2 blocks of php code. To solve the problem, the blocks were joined into one. Then all returned to work normally.
