Cant edit membership plans

    The table for edit the membership plans dont work anymore. Cant use the plugin after i buy it a half hour ago when i cant edit. The table layout has also a bug.

    Hi @jonashandpan,

    It sounds like you’re using a premium plugin to handle memberships since this isn’t part of the functionality that is built into WooCommerce.

    I’d recommend reaching out to the developers of that plugin via the proper support channel that they provide as support for premium products cannot be provided here in the community forums.

    If you’re using the WooCommerce Memberships extension and you have a valid subscription for it, please open a support ticket by going to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets.

    Be sure to include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there.

    Its the original Woocommerce Membership plugin for 199 Dollars. Whats wrong with that? it should work with Woocommerce…

    Thanks for clarifying. As I mentioned, you’ll want to go and open a support ticket by going to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets.

    That’s the appropriate place to get support for the extension.
