Multiste on subdomain working not correctly

Hi,

I`ve a website with Multisite function. Two years ago I created second site on subdomain and it works fine. Now I tried also create website on other subdomain and it went wrong.

I created a new site (shop.mysite.com) from dashboard of network selected theme of the site and revised my configuration (Ive other subdomain site and it works like a sharm because I didnt change anything in configuration wp-config and htaccess). But when I went to the dashboard of new subdomain or to the site on new subdomain it showed text and links in a column only. They are not showing correcly cause links to all files seem to be broken (images, plugin-files, theme-files). I tried to edit all url links in browser and changed shop.mysite.com to mysite.com and site did worked. But when I returned all links to shop.mysite.com it was broken also.

I`m absolutely sure that my .htaccess and wp-config files are configured correctly. Did copy-paste as instructed and more I tried rewrite, edit or change it. Did redirect from shop.mysite.com to mysite.com in htaccess but it not worked.

Any idea as can to correct this problem?
