    Hi @anthony750,
First, please put custom fields above the [post comment] button. This is not correct:

    2020-05-06_2143

Then temporarily disable other plugins, especially the WP Rocket. And test it.

Since 2015, the form has been like that, I do not understand the problem.

With a member account it is possible to put a comment but impossible for guests.

I disabled all plugins and still the same problem.

I’ve tried everything, and nothing works.

Apparently an error message is displayed when validating the comment but no text is displayed here are the texts I made :
    – Removing and reinstalling all the plugins
    – Removing forms from the wpdiscuz plugin
    – Try it on a test site with the same plugins and no problem (so it would come from the site mentioned above)
    – Removal of the WPROCKET plugin from the site and same problem
    – correction of the form as requested

The bug must have been present for a while because the last comment was made on April 15th, not since 🙁

It is absolutely necessary to find the bug because we live on it 🙁

Here is a capture of what I see in inspected the element CAPTURE

Waiting for your return and I count on you, I am continuing the tests on my side too and hoping to solve this quickly.

    Yours sincerely,

I did a restore of a backup from April 15th and updated extension by extension and the problem seems to be solved for the moment.

I think that the blockage comes from old files with a probably expired extension that was blocking with wpdiscuz.

Hopefully this won’t happen again which would be a bit annoying. In the future I hope to be able to develop our own commenting solution to avoid blocking.

For today, it works to be seen in the next few days, I’ll keep you informed.

I didn’t get any news about this topic :LIEN a mail with the login has been sent to you.

Thanks anyway for your reaction (very fast), great team and great company : bravo.

    Good morning, sir,

I still have a problem, with your plugin, (I made myself the test after some feedback on the support). When a user shares a review on the frontend I receive a mail but it is not available on the backend.

I’ll get back to you on the e-mail.

It would be nice if your plugin works one day!

    Waiting for your return,
