Attendee limit has been reached

I installed the plugin and created this page: https://www.planbox.com/webinar-registration/

When registering from the webpage, I receive this message:

“Unfortunately the attendee limit has been reached for this webinar so we were unable to register you for Escalate and Intensify Company-wide Innovation Focus Even In Tough Times – In Fact More-so.”

I am only at 136 registration and I should have a limit of 500 with my subscription.

When registering from the GotoWebinar link itself, it works, but not from this link: https://www.planbox.com/webinar-registration/
