wrong link for e-mail in contact info

I am using the Modularity lite theme by Graph Paper Press for my photo-synthesis blog. My e-mail address in the contact information links to the default “Whoops! Whatever you were looking for cannot be found” prompt, rather than the usual e-mail message startup. Also my phone number links to a blank web page rather than linking to nothing as it should.

Any ideas…?
