After order complete email

    Dear all,

    is there an option to send a customer automatic “Thank you” or similar review request email, after a woocommerce order is marked as completed?

    I.e. when order is set to completed – send an email 4 days later with some thank you message.

    Or is there a plan to add such feature?

    That would make the plugin actually more usable for woocommerce users.

    I also have the same issue, i when i get new order from test, it dose not send the welcome email at all

    I don’t think your request has anything to do with my post – I suggest you to open a separate one for your request.

    My problem has nothing to do with welcome emails.

    I want to send customers an email (with a thank you message or a review request) AFTER the order has been completed – NOT before.

    You obviously should ask customers to leave you a review on the product or service maybe a few days later, once you can be sure that he has maybe received it via courier service or had some time to test it.

    This is a MUST HAVE for every successful shop owner.
