    Hi!

After a bulk editing (+20% price), I manually changed the price of a product, and now there is a problem if I use the sort by price filter: the product is not in his right place, it costs 560€ and it is placed between one product that costs 616€ and one that costs 617€.

I tried to duplicate the product then delete the original, but didn’t worked. I tried to add a new product with a certain price, and I noticed that it was ia a wrong place too.

    How can I solve?

    Thank you very much.

    Simona

The bulk editor will change the values of the field (in this case, Sale Price) however this looks like an issue with your theme since the bulk editor doesn’t do anything to the front end of the store.

To confirm, temporarily deactivate the Bulk Editor and reload the page. You could also manually edit the product to change the sale price (for example, from 560€ to 561€ and note that the sorting won’t change.

Another test would be to try a different theme, such as the default Storefront theme, to see if the sorting is fixed. If so, contact your theme developer.

If the sorting still doesn’t work with the default Storefront theme then you will need to reach out to WooCommerce support.

Changing Sale Price is a Pro feature and WordPress.org doesn’t allow supporting Pro plugins using their forums so I am marking this thread as resolved. If you have further questions please contact us at our website: https://www.pimwick.com

    Thanks for understanding!
