The most common way is to make an export of your products (by going to Products → Export), which will give you a .CSV file with all products, and then import that into the main site by going to Products → Import

For each subsite separately needs to upload/import?
It depends. If you have a number of subsites, all with different products, and you want to move all those products into one main site, then yes, you’ll need to do this for every subsite.
