Registration form have duplicate fields

When i vist my my account page in my website. It shows login and registration form. But in registration form almost all fields get repeated. For e.g address, phone country etc.
Please help

This may be due to other plugins that you have installed on your site.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status.
From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support“. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

But then i uninstalled it.
firsty in register form i have only usename password and email field.But when i see yesterday i see fields like address,country,state etc. Is it strange thing
It looks like this may be caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly any other plugin. I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source of the issue.
In essence:
– Temporarily switch your theme back to a default theme, such as Storefront
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
– Test to see if the issue has been resolved.If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again. This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.
