To embed the code, you would need to go to the instagram post url and follow the steps as shown by the arrows in my screenshot https://prnt.sc/sbeq6o to get the embed code.
The embed code from the page received can then be placed in your block editor.

By Following your steps i found this code and this code is also not embedding in wordpress.. . it’s still showing the same problem.
Go to block editor, search for instagram block and embed the url as per screenshot. Make sure to click embed.

i have tried now, and inserted this “https://www.instagram.com/p/BzlHhZylvwT/” to block instagram embedds, unfortunately showing that same msg.. .
now working.. .
sorry that code is have been changed in my previous msg it was “https://www.instagram.com/p/BzlHhZylvwT/”
before i was inserting different code but now its correct one but still facing the same issue

It’s sounds little bit silly but still I need Your suggestion because I found this reply from my Theme Author:- “”For Instagram, sometime Gutenberg embeds block can’t add several URLs that return “Sorry, this content could not be embedded” that the issue still doesn’t have a solution. In this case, please use a classic block in the Gutenberg and insert the Instagram URL in there.”” In fact while using Gutenberg & adding only A ONE URL in embeds block is also showing the same error:- “Sorry, this content could not be embedded”

Sorry, but if you are using classic block in the Gutenberg and inserting the Instagram URL & still showing the same error than that means that is happening from theme, as kaushal Sheth said contact to your theme vendor from whom you purchased premium theme.
WP Block editor won’t be able to embed Instagram posts. Why? Because plugin makers want to make money and everyone now wants to profit. Now you need something called a token form other people’s pages in order to share their Insta phots. Not good.
