New Subscription doesn’nt integrate with mailchimp

    Hello,
    I’m using most of the popup type. I didn’t get any problem.
    Today, I got a problem subscription list. I will let you know in detail,
    I got subscriptions with subscribing popup. Popup builder shows the real subscriber count. On the other hand, my mailchimp account doesn’t shows less subscriber. I integrate mailchimp with my woocommerce, integrate popup builder also with Api keys.
    What do you think?

    Can you please let us know which popup you are referring to?
    Are you referring to the Mailchimp or Subscription Popups?

    Hi again.
    I’m telling you about the popup builder. When I get a new subscriber, I can see the mail address in All Subscriber’s side. Although I integrated my Mailchimp account to popup builder (it’s connected, I get the green light), I can’t see the new subscribers that I saw in the popup builder.

    Just to be clear we understand you correctly.
    When you saw that you have collected subscribers, was it with the Mailchimp popup type?
