Favicon not working

    I am uploading the favicon but it is not appearing on my browser.
    I tried from WordPress Customize option as well as from theme options. Both are not working

    You have fresh premium theme. You can ask your theme support about this.

    The theme support told me to do it directly from the WordPress Customize section. It is not working from both.
