Any update through dashboard does not finish loading

Hello guys,

I have tried to update my plugins and wordpress several times through the dashboard but the upgrades never load.

I fill in my information, click upgrade, and it goes to a blank white page. And stops loading.

Any help.

I have tried searching about the white page (not after the upgrade but when your trying to upgrade)… but have not yet found a solution. Thank you
