Hello @anouskaharrison
Can you please tell me what is the wordpress version you are using right now? and the php version of your site please? These errors can happen due to an older version. I would also like to know what is the tutor lms version in your site? I hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you
Best regards
Hello,
Thank you for replying.
I am using version 5.4.1 of wordpress and the php version is 7.3.17.
I have managed to get around the video issue by uploading the videos to my YouTube account and linking them from there. However, it would be useful to know why I can’t use the front-end of the plugin, only the back office (I am on the Pro version) please, as I feel it would be quicker in the course creation?
Kind Regards
Hello @anouskaharrison
Can you show me what error are you having with the front end course builder? This should not be an issue as both the front end and the back end builder are supposed to work. I am assuming this to be a older version fault. Can you please update your php to 7.4.4 or 7.4.5 and check the issue? A few days back one of our customer had a similar issue where it was later found that he had a conflict with another plugin. To troubleshoot for conflict please follow the instruction in this page https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/troubleshooting/general/ . Please let us know if you still have the issue after updating and trouble shooting
Thank you
Best regards
