    Hello,

I just downloaded your plugin and added the custom Shipstation snippet that adds tracking details to orders. The plugin looks and works great so far.

Since Shipstation isn’t compatible with Spee-Dee Delivery service, we have to manually input the speed tracking info and use the carrier titled “Other”. I was wondering if it is possible to create a function that when the carrier title “Other” in shipstation is added, it transfers into the advanced shipment tracking plugin as “Spee-Dee” along with the tracking number via the code snippet here: https://gist.github.com/zorem/554da02b348474c56280254520d594b6

    Thanks!

Hi, yes sure, you can edit the code snippet and at the beginning, you can add IF condition and replace Other with Spee-Dee
    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for the information. The ShipStation snippet doesn’t seem to work when adding tracking number manually to WooCommerce. Also, is it possible for you to quickly create the IF condition for carriers titled “Other” in ShipStation to equal Spee-Dee in Advanced Shipping Tracking plugin. If this works, we will surely be subscribing to TrackShip.

Or another option would be to use any tracking number beginning with “SP” will be added to Spee-Dee in Advanced Shipping Tracking as we might use the Other condition for Local Pick Up. We would select “Other” in ShipStation and either enter a Spee-Dee tracking number or add “Local Pickup” as the tracking number since shipstation doesn’t allow for either Spee-Dee or Local Pickup integrations.

    Hi

The snippet will is adding the tracking info orders that shipped with ShipStation so you do not need to add the tracking manually. if you add tracking manually you do not need the snippet.

You can use our new Advanced Local Pickup plugin for your local pickup:

Custom development is out of our support scoop, you can hire a developer to help you with adding conditions to the code snippet

    Thanks.
