waiting list

Hi,
I’ve installed
– the events calendar
– event tickets

I only want to use RSVP for registration for some events as some members can pariticipate for free, and some others have to pay a little fee at the event. (although we have no appropriate paypal account).
I am searching for
– option for setup a waiting list
– option for setting up a maximum number of participants over different RSVPs (for tickets it’s possible as I’ve read)

Is one of these already possible? Maybe in paid version?
