    Hey @gpaul808,

On the scan page, when you open the browser console, can you see any errors? that’s where I would start debugging this issue.

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/troubleshooting/#how-to-inspect-the-browser-console

Here’s some troubleshooting tips from our documentation.

Also, clearing cache from your site might help, there are different type of caches you should consider, for example:
    – Any caching plugin.
    – A plugin that has JS/CSS minify option.
    – Your hosting provider might have its own caching system, make sure to purge the cache from there too.
    – Cloudflare in case you are using it.
    – Finally, clear your browser cache, you might need to switch to another browser -temporarily- for testing.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    Hey @gpaul808,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved.

Please feel free to open another thread if you’re still having issues with Wordfence.

    Thanks,
