User saving profile overwrites Admin added Fields

    Hello,

    This is a problem that has be plaguing our UM Installation since late January – the updates have not fixed it.
    Admin creates a new member profile. User logins in and add photos and personal data. Admin then adds specific info about user confirming their certification.

    All well and good. But if the User then updates their info the info added by Admin disappears. The fields go blank. This is driving us mad and we do not know how to fix it.

    Hi @nkell,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed?
    It looks like a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme.
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflcit test if you are not sure how to do it.
