billing state/ county is not valid

    Hi! I am using the plugins woocommerce Amazon Pay and Woocommerce Paypal checkout gateway for sales. both have the same error. when a customer tries to place the order on my website the error “billing state/ county not valid” is come out. so any customer can not buy anything. one of the customers is from Florida US and the other one is from Puerto Rico. there is something wrong with address buy they enter correct their address.
    I tried to make an order with my credit card and I live in Puerto Rico when I look for the option of Puerto Rico it does not appear. therefore I choose US. Puerto Rico is not a state, it is part of the United States, but it is not a state. soo no matter what address enter is the same issue.

    @yarilizrodriguez – This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
