    Hello,

    When I go to reset my password for my WooCommerce account I am having issues.

    When you click password reset and enter your email, the password reset link gets sent fine.

    When clicking this on desktop I am taken to the area which says ‘Enter New Password’ and ‘Repeat New Password’

    On mobile however, myself and all my customers get taken back to the original page where you enter your email address in order to receive the password reset email, hence they are stuck in a loop.

    I get the same.
    Since it works for desktop but not for mobile, a Javascript error seems likely. However I cannot right click at: https://watkinsprints.co.uk/my-account/lost-password/ to use my browser tools for examination.

    Please also make sure that your my-account page is excluded from being cached. You can see more about that here:

    Thank you for your response and that was exactly it, caching has been invalidated on those pages now and everything is working great!

    Apologies for the question haha; I was over-complicating the issue and such a simple fix never even crossed my mind so much appreciated!

    Solution:

    Caching plugin was caching the checkout page and worked after invalidating
    - checkout
    - my-account
    - cart
