“About” tab in Monochrome Theme

    Hi,

    I’m just getting started with my blog, http://www.sunhammerpounding.com using the Monochrome 2.3 theme. I can’t figure out a few things:

    1. How to put some content in the “About” tab in the upper-right of the page.

    2. When I click on the post’s author, I want to display the author’s profile rather than all of the author’s posts.

    Any advice? Thanks in advance.
