I am not sure why your default my account link is getting replaced.
Maybe there is a conflict with theme and plugin. Please use shortcode instead.

Yes your app maybe conflict with “Theme My Login” this is I’m using also. You can check at your convenience.
I will test “shortcode-in-menus”, and feedback here later.

Hello,
I edited the login popup by reducing the width to 400px from default setting 800px. But the form getting mess up and cut off. See: https://ibb.co/f1fkPBL

How to adjust the login form to middle of vertical in the pop up in order to show whole of form? I can see Right and left option but no center in Sidebar Position.
May be Popup Padding (30px 25px) need to be adjusted? What is best value?

Looks like your sidebar is enabled.
Set sidebar width to 0 in settings.
