Dears,’Thank you very much for this promising plugin
It seems to work very well except for first step which is in my case after I click on register button. nothing show up to notify the user to check email for email verification.
The configuration is setup correctly in the dashboard. but I don’t know why it’s not working on my case.
Please you can go ahead and give it a tryThank you again for this helpful plugin

Hi @adelha,
Could you please update the plugin to the latest v1.5.1 (released today) and check if verification notice after registration is appearing now?
To be honest, I’m not sure if it will help. Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce it on my test server – notice is appearing here as it should, however, after investigating the related code in WooCommerce, I had one idea that may help: there is
woocommerce_registration_auth_new_customerfilter in WooCommerce which is always set totrue, however, if it’s set tofalseon your server (by some custom code or some plugin), then it will cause issue with our activation notice.Anyway, please give it a try and let me know…
Hello,
Thank you for your reply, unfortunately updating to latest version didn’t help
Could you please walk me through on how to check that filter? Where should I look?I must re-mention that the plugin is working fine and I get the verification email and all works fine, except for the note message that should appear to tell any new user to go and check their email, I can see it under messages in the settings, so we are talking about a minor issue here, yet very important
I appreciate your kind help
Hi @adelha,
Unfortunately checking the filter won’t help – if it didn’t work with the latest plugin update, I don’t think we can get anything from here. Anyway, I’m already working on another approach to display the notice – I will get back to you here asap.
I really appreciate your attention
Waiting forward to hear from you soon
Good luck!
Uh, sorry. I totally read the issue wrong. Ignore my comment.

@carmpocalypse, No problem. Thank you for trying to help
Hi @adelha,
Could you please help me a little? What happens if you disable our plugin completely, and then try registering as a new user? Are you being logged out immediately, or are you logged in (as it is by default in WooCommerce)?
Hello @algoritmika,
I just disabled the plugin as advised and I registered with a dummy email address and was successfully redirected to the account dashboard. and when I clicked on the logo to go to the website you can see that I’m already logged in.
That’s totally wrong in my opinion and that’s why I used your nice plugin which solved the problem except for the notice thing.
Here: https://yearexdeal.com/ (plugin disabled until you tell me to enable it)
Give it a try and see, you can write anything you want in the email. Thanks again
Hi @adelha,
Thanks for the feedback.
Could you please re-enable our plugin, then go to “WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > General” and enable Custom “logout” function checkbox (it’s at the bottom of the settings page, in the “Advanced Options” subsection).
Please let me know if that helped.
Hello @algoritmika,
I got really excited when I read that checkbox option, it says exactly what the problem is.
——-
Custom “logout” function Enable
Replaces standard wp_logout() function in plugin with custom one. Enable this if you are having issues with “Activate” notice not being displayed after user registration.
——-
but strangely it didn’t work, still no notice message showing up. The new thing is after the registration , the new user is in the users list but it’s not automatically logged in as before and the verification email is not received in the inbox but goes to the spam folder.
You can give it a try nowThank you very much for your continuous efforts
Let me know if you need me to do anything from my sideHi @adelha,
Again, thank you for the feedback. Will be trying to solve this further…
Regarding spam folder – this actually depends on your email server/program. I’ve just tried registering on your site, and email went to inbox, not spam, so it seems to be ok here.
Regarding “… new user is in the users list but it’s not automatically logged in as before…” – all as expected.
Hello @algoritmika ,
Understood, OK, good luck. I know you are going to solve it, because you made this nice tool.
I really appreciateHi @adelha,
I’m still figuring this out. Meanwhile – there were a user who had similar issue – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/verification-messages-not-showing-2/. In his case, “problem was with elementor pro that disable notification messages”. Could that be the reason in your case also?
Hello and thank you again for updating
I’m using the free version, it doesn’t have that option to disable notification messages. Interesting point though, I wish that was it. bad luckThank you again for working on this issue.
P.S.: They asked me today about it and I said the same 🙂 still trying to figure it outRegards,
Hello Author, First of all, Thanking for contribution in work.
I was facing an error that client side notice “thanks for your registration, check email to verification link” or whatever message is not appearing while if customer register for the second time, it will appear already registration, which means that link is working and your plugin is working properly while notice for the link been sent is not appearing when the customer is being registered.
for your help, I also want to let you know that the notification for the second time link is appearing like if customer wants to register again from the same email. Which means only registration is not working.
