    Good day,

    I’m trying to connect my woocommerce store to the Printful plugin but it’s not possible. I’ve double checked all the sttings (permalinks, Legacy API,…) and everything should be OK to work. But in the end the connection is not possible.

    When I click in the Printful plugin in ‘Connect’ and I aproved the connection the next page shown is the help topic at Printful on how to integrate Printful in Woocommerce.

    When I go back to the store and check the issues it shows everything OK except from the ‘Connection to Printful API’ which shows ‘Not Connected’.

    Hey Alex,

    Thank you for reaching out!
    Could you try disabling all other plugins to make the connection between WooCommerce and Printful?

    Let me know if that helps!

    I’ve tried that without any results. The plugin is still not connecting.

    What else can it be?

    Hey Alex,

    Thank you for getting back to us!
    Another thing you could try is setting up the connection on a different browser.
    First make sure that the API field is clear in the Printful plugin settings on WordPress, before you try to connect your store to Printful.

    Hope this does the trick! πŸ™‚

    Just tried and still not connecting… :C

    It does the same as always pops in the page saying how to connect Woocommerce-Printful. (https://www.printful.com/es/dashboard/connect/woocommerce).

    Tried with Chromium and Firefox.

    Sorry we finally could work it out. Finally nothing related to you but the hosting firewall config. So now it’s working flawless.

    Something went wrong! Please get in touch with our customer support.
    Have tried everything as advised and suggested by the support team. Here ALSO I find that everyone is facing the same issue.
    I had set up a store at Printful for the trial purpose from abxxxxcs.com and admin@abxxxxxcs.com as login email, after trying I deleted the store and also WordPress from the Domain.
    Now when I try to connect my actual website which is not the trial domain afxxx.com with printful with a login email id afxxx.com I get the above message.
    Both the domains were hosted on the same server of siteground.
    Can anyone help me out on the issue and suggest a way out because the support team has the same solution.
    even when I log into my store at Printful I do not see store default as suggested by S.team ….. copy both API Key and Secret to Printful Dashboard > Settings > Stores > Store Defaults
