403 error embedding video – Elementor

Hi there,
I’m having an issue with WordFence. I’m hosted by Siteground and I use Elementor builder.

I’ve created a video using Vooplayer. It gives me the embed code to drop into the website. When I drop the HTML code in it gives me a 403 server error – I cannot get past the building phase. I’ve spoken to Siteground Tech support and they tell me it’s Wordfence (when I deactivate the plugin the video works just fine). I’ve seen this thread here which seems to be the same issue.

I’ve Whitelisted the admin-ajax as per the guidance in that thread but it hasn`t made any difference – I get the same error. Any advice?
