Change Blog Language

    Hello fellow WordPress users!

    I installed my WordPress blog on my HostGator hosting space using Fantastico but am now puzzled about the language settings.

    While the blogs hosted by WordPress itself allow the user to change the language via the [b]settings[/b] tab ([URL=http://en.support.wordpress.com/language-settings/]see here[/URL]), my blog does not show this option to me.

    What am I missing to enable additional languages?
