    This most likely coming from a security plugins you might be using. Find out which plugin you are using to limit login attempts.

    it’s a blank WordPress without plugin

    Beyond 10 false password the site is no longer accessible with the IP address you have to wait

    Some hosts have their own security measures.

    It wouldn’t hurt to ask them too.

    Meanwhile, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Twenty, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    I really don’t know where this security comes from

    I already have the theme (Twenty Twenty, etc.) the site is empty it is a test site
    I never make changes on my public site (which has the same login problem)

    To limit login attempts is not a default core feature.

    Hence, it has to implemented either by a plugin or some code snippet.

    So, in your installation, find out where it’s coming from.
