    Hello,

A very odd problem has just occured on a local test site I am working on.

I was trying out Responsive Menu plugin and WP Mobile Menu plugin but did not like them so I deactivated and deleted them, after that I got a few errors all realted to Nextgen Gallery.

I don’t understand how uninstalling a plugin can cause erros like this. I never had any mobile menu plugin installed 30 minutes ago and everything was fine.

    Here is the errors:

Errors seemt o be related to freemius, after a quick google search I can see than WP Mobile Menu uses Freemius(still not sure exactly what freemius is yet.)/ Freemius, whatever it is sounds like bad news if it can cause these errors, should consider using something else in the future.

Thankfully this is just a test site, so I can re-install next gen and see if the errors dissapear.

  • Hi @gamerwithadegree,

Many plugins ( including NextGen ) are using Freemius that helps to track some and create some statistic data ref the amount of plugin’s installations for the business management purposes.

The same time, the Freemius submodule seems to cause a problem in case that you are opting to activate it from 2 or more plugins that are using it but luckily, you can “Opt Out” from NextGen’s Freemius by accessing “Dashboard -> Plugins” and press on the “Opt Out” button that’s next to the “Deactivate” button.

    This should solve the problem
