    Hello everybody,
I stumbled on a problem that has appeared in a similar way in the past
    (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/parent-option-gone-in-5-0/, https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-5-no-option-for-parent-under-page-attributes/).

I cannot assign parent pages for one of my pages. I would like to have different pages as subpages of the Project page. I am using the Astra theme and Elementor. I tried disabling all plugins except for Elementor, and I tried changing the theme, but both didn’t work. I also tried to change the Template from Default to Elementor Full Width…
Sadly, for me the workaround (Quick Edit) that has been described in the problem statements linked above doesn’t work. The Quick Edit page looks like the following for me: https://ibb.co/3M7tHNm
Nothing happens when I click on parent.
I would be really thankful if somebody had an idea what to do.
    Best regards!

    Hey @iambherulal ,
thank you for finding the time to write me! Sorry for not responding earlier, I am doing this wordpress thing on the sideline and didn’t have the time before to check out the solutions. Sadly, I still have the problem. I also encountered another problem, that has been mentioned in the github forum: When I go to Settings->Reading, I can only put one of my pages as the homepage (and not the one I want, sadly). Maybe WP doesn’t know I have the pages that I have? I also tried deleting the .htaccess file, but this didn’t work (the old one looks exactly like the new one)
