Merge popup builder with Jetpack

Hi. I created a popup for email subscriptions but now half my subscribers are in the popup and the other half are in Jetpack. The jetpack group receives automatic emails from WordPress when I post and the popup subscribers will need to be send a newsletter from my email address manually. Is there a way to merge these subscribers and funnel everyone into Jetpack so they all receive automatic emails?
