Yes – geolocation_Lat (and _long) isn’t accessible until you set an entry in the Location field.

I have filled in a afew Jobs with Location (Full address), but all I can see is
_job_location or Location (Job_Location), nothing seems to be displayed geolocation_lat.

I haven’t forgotten you! I’m just not quite sure what the issue might be here. I’ve emailed FacetWP to see if I can get a demo version of the plugin so I can test on my end, and hopefully that will shed some light. I’m hobbled right now by not being familiar with how FacetWP works (my knowledge is that it should work with WPJM).
In the meantime, I’d suggest you try to eliminate theme or plugin conflicts from the equation. It’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.
Try disabling all of your plugins except WP Job Manager and FacetWP. Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.
If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
Please let us know if that reveals anything interesting! I’ll also update once I get a demo/have a chance to test things.
