    Hello,

    Some orders are counting multiple times on Google Analytics. Is that due to customers load the thank you page multiple times?
    How the Orders are counting on Google analytics by using this plugin? Could you please tell to solve the issue.

    Hi,

    Yes, it’s possible to have the same order tracked multiple times if the client re-loads the order-received page.

    We do have an option to fire the Purchase event on transaction only, but it’s part of the paid plugin.

    Even that option can’t deal with 100% of the cases. I’ve seen situations where the event still gets fired by some cached versions of the page, but it’s something rare.
