Passworld reset problem.

    Hi!
    I have a problem with the password reset.. In the chrome is doesn’t work..
    the message: “This is not possible for security reasons.”
    And a another browser its work fine but not changing password.. I wrote a new pass and Its not change.. I up to date with the UM.. :/
    What can I do?

    Hi @vdominik19

    Does your site have any caching plugin/server caching module? If so, could you please try temporarily disabling the cache and see if the issue still occurs?

    Hi!
    Thanks for the reply.
    No the website don’t have caching plugin or module.. Only SEO but I think Its not relevant that problem.. I try to delete the plugin and install again but same.. :/
    By the way how can I a email verification system install in the UM? I get a to much spams.. :/
